Service Advisor (Full Time)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Job Requirements

• Greets customers promptly and courteously, in person or on the telephone
• Schedules appointments and checks in customer vehicles
• Builds excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business and maximum customer satisfaction
• Gives fair estimates on the cost and time required for customers’ repairs and maintenance
• Writes repair orders
• Verifies completeness and quality of workmanship
• Promptly and consistently follows up with customers, verifying customer satisfaction
• Updates customers’ service files, keeps them readily available for reference

Used Car & PDI Technician (Full Time)

Essential Duties:

• Performs pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) of new vehicles
• Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Dealership and factory standards
• Assists in making estimates for necessary repairs
• Lubricates vehicles, changes oil and filters, installs antifreeze, replaces bulbs and wiper blades
• Accurately completes vehicle inspections and maintenance checklists
• Rotates or installs tires
• Road tests vehicles
• Communicates with Used Car Manager and Parts Department to obtain needed parts
• Maintains valid driver license and safe driving record
• May assist service department with oil changes in absence of lube technician
