The overall experience went well. I dropped the car off, grabbed a burger, and the car was waiting on me 40 minutes later. My only complaint is that the price of an oil change has gotten astronomical!!! I thought it was high last time when it hit $69. When I had to pay $76 just a few months later, I wasn't very happy. I get it that the economy is changing, but to raise it 10% every time I get an oil change is absolutely ridiculous!

My truck needed service on the transmission cooler lines and the service rep was clear in communicating the estimate and the time needed to do the job. The new lines were installed properly with no leaks!
