We had an oil change scheduled at 8am. Arrived at 7:53. Checked in. Was told it would be about an hour. Service was supposed to text when complete. At 9:17 the service had not begun. We were informed that they took someone else before us mistakenly. We were leaving to go out of town and had to reschedule our oil change. Very, very frustrated.

My new 2023 Blazer Premier had it's first service, oil/filter change and tire rotation as well as an over all inspection. Law Chevrolet did excellent job. I always do a visual of the vehicle following service, oil was serviced properly, did not see any drips finger prints under the hood. The Blazer performs great no problems noted. Keep up the good work!

Made the appointment a week in advance. The morning I got there I was told that they were running behind. They should have called me before I made the trip . I had to leave the car and wait to be called four hours later to be picked up to get the car.

Overall went well. Gil did a great job communicating with me on all the issues. The problem wasn't resolved the first visit, but it was quickly remedied and covered under all warranties.
